"It is unfair to blame man too fiercely for being pugnacious; he learned the habit from nature" - Christopher Moreley

We love to play outside especially up here in Alaska where you are unlimited to the places you can go! One of our favorite near by places to visit in The Glen Alps. There are mountains to climb, trails to cross country ski, and vast land to explore by snow shoeing or other means. It really is a year round play place! It has a breathtaking view of the City of Anchorage ,and if your lucky on a clear day, you can see Denali far off in the distance. As we start our family it's really important to Gavin and I to get our kids out as soon as we can. We take North ice skating, hiking, snow machining, etc. We don't like making excuses to not get out because we have a kid, we simply make it as comfortable for him as possible

  1. Curtis and I are so bad about letting our kids stop us.. okay, well I should say me. I get worried that I am going to have to battle kids while do whatever we are and then I blah out. :) It does help that now we do stuff with Lucy and we don't want Calvin to slow us down.
